Virtual Sessions

Teletherapy can be done anytime and anywhere. Our goal is to offer all clients a safe, convenient, discreet, and confidential platform to communicate with their therapist. Due to the pandemic we are only offering tele-therapy services. All insurance providers continue to cover teletherapy sessions as it would if you were coming into the office. To improve the efficiency of services we provide here at LEVE Counseling, our sessions are conducted on our Kareo (with all the necessary privacy features) Electronic Health Record platform. These video conferencing sessions are fully HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy.  Your payment/co-payment will remain the same for this service, unless your insurance has indicated otherwise. 



After a teletherapy appointment is scheduled, clients will receive appointment reminders based on the provider's patient communication with access to the teletherapy waiting room. Clients can join the appointment with any mobile, laptop, or desktop device with an internet connected browser, camera, and microphone access. Upon successful access the client will have to allow access to the microphone and camera for the appointment.

If you have limited access to internet service, sessions can be conducted over the phone. The therapist will contact you at the time of your session. Just make sure you have provided your therapist with an active phone number that and that you are ready to answer their call at the scheduled appointment time! After two missed calls the therapist will reschedule the call.
